Patent attorney Matthias Wagner consults with domestic and international clients on all matters of intellectual property and has extensive experience in all aspects of application, opposition and nullity proceedings.
Matthias Wagner’s work also focuses on the participation in numerous infringement proceedings as well as the acquisition and enforcement of trademarks and design protection rights.
Matthias Wagner has extensive experience in connection with invalidity proceedings before the Federal Patent Court and the Federal Court of Justice.

Matthias Wagner studied mechanical engineering/production technology at RWTH Aachen and RFH Cologne.
He has been working in the field of intellectual property since 1996. For Matthias Wagner, a quick and comprehensive understanding of technical and legal interrelationships and a careful cost-benefit analysis form the basis of patent law practice.
He is actively involved in the interests of patent law as an honorary judge of the Chamber for Patent Attorney Matters at the District Court of Munich and as a member of the board of the Association of North Rhine-Westphalian Patent Attorneys.
